I’m posting this as a warning to myself for next week!

For the past 3 weeks I’ve let myself have a cheat meal, the next day I feel horrible. Today is the worst!!!!! I’m feeling so sick tummy is killing me and I have no energy even after coffee. =( might not be able to cheat if this keeps up

As I write this I lay on my bed in pain because I ate WAY too much tonight! Let this be a leason learned, my tummy just can’t handle all the food anymore

breakfast- 550 shake, 9 almonds, grapes

snack -830 3 almonds, red plum, cheese

lunch-13-1400 3 oz turkey roast, one piece of wheat bread, grapes, 9 almonds

snack- 1600 cheese, 3 almonds, red plum

cheat dinner started at 1809

Cozymels (texmex) one of my favorites in the sb

chips and salsa, one small frozen margarita, stake fajita with all the fixens.

Ok I was stuffed after that, joked that I looked like I had a food baby smile so I waited for desert

Ha what was I thinking, around 2030 I stopped at pinkberry got a med original with blueberry, pinapple, and mochi…

My tummy is so pissed at me, I can only imagine the pain tomorrow with bring.
Oh well u live and learn

Today got a little jumbled up due to another hecktic shift but I stayed some what on track

gained another pound this morning WTF!

breakfast - 545 shake and grapes, 9 almonds

snack - 845 cheese, 3 almonds, red plum

this is where I got messed up

915 ish starbucks skinny cinnomon Dulce latte (grande)

12-1330 ish one string cheese, grapes, 9 almonds, almost an ounce of chicken. And a piece of bread. I never finished the rest of the chicken.

snack-1600 red plum ( didn’t eat the almonds or The cheese)

didn’t finish all my water at work today either.
Dinner 700-845 I remembered tonight why I hate cooking nice meals for just myself :(

I made a wonderful little 2.5 lbs boneless turkey roast, then realized at 3 oz a serving I’ll be eating turkey all week! It was yummy so I let myself have about 5 oz

grilled zucchini, 9 almonds, grapes

My Monday…

Breakfast- shake, 9 almonds, grapes 630am ( late start day)

snack- 9-10 ish cheese, 1/2 apple, 3 almonds

This is where my day went to shit .. I was call to call all day from the start. Took me about 3 hours to finish lunch so 1300- 1500 ish

Ate the grapes first followed by the almonds then a little later the one slice of bread. Booked in some nasty chick and then ate my 3 oz of chicken with mayo and mustard.

Day stayed crazy, snack 1645 - same as above

dinner -1900 ish one cucumber ( lemon salt peper and chili)  some grapes, 6 almonds followed 15 min later by a tuna steak cooked in garlic, butter, salt and peper.

I was still having cravings around 830 so I let myself have some extra grapes and a couple sugar free butterscotch candies. 

My water intake was about half of normal ( only about 33 oz while working) I’m trying to catch up tonight as I’m feeling dehydrated.

It’s the weekend (Sunday) for me at least so I slept in and read a book
breakfast 9-1000 shake, grapes, 9 almonds

snack -1200 cheese, 3 almonds, 1/2 apple

lunch - 230 ish paleokit (large)

snack-400 cheese, 3 almonds, the other 1/2 of the apple.

Dinner- 7 grilled salmon, 9 almonds, steamed broc and grilled zuc and grapes.

Damn I’m craving desert tonight! =\

I’m working at least the next 5 days straight so that should keep me on track. Cheat meal has been Saturday nights but there is a big public service( fire Pd and lifeguard) breakfast event I might have to attend. Do I have 2 cheats or move it to the morning?

Still going strong!

Breakfast wasn’t till 900 since it was my day off
had a shake and some grapes and almonds (9)

snack in the road at 1130 ish ( I’m gettig better and taking food with me)
cheese, almonds(3), and 1/2 a nectarine.

Lunch- 1500, tuna steak ( marinade: chardonnay, and garlic) bakes with a little butter. A cucumber ( salt lemon, chili, and peper) yeah I know those two things don’t sound great togther so I spaced them apart a bit. And a nectarine. Oh almost forgot almonds (6)

Snack- 1730 same as above

dinner- about 2000 another tuna steak, almonds (6), steamed brocolli, and most of a nectarine ( it got smooshy)

scale is not moveing anymore which is frustrating to say the least. I have noticed I’ve leaned out a bit more.

Woke up super late for work bust still some how stayed on track.

Breakfast - shake , grapes, and 9 almonds
6 :15 ish

Snack- cheese, 3 almonds, 1/2 apple 9:00

lunch - tuna and brocolli and a nectarine ( forgot to eat my almonds)
1300 h

snack- same as above ( one extra almond ) 1600

dinner - I ate out on the zone for the first time. I was a little nervous but a co- worker and I went out to celebrate a damn good week (30 cites!!)
so Malibu fish grill
mediterainian salad with grilled talapia and pita bread. Very balance with veggies and fish and fat in the dressing. Carb in veggie and pita. I think I made a great choice, eating out is a bit ?? For me when I try to stick to zone.

Still holding strong on the no coffee and soda and pounding the water.

I’m boring I swear…

Breakfast-shake, grapes, 9 almonds 6:00

snack- cheese, 1/2 apple, 3 almonds 9:00

lunch - 3oz grilled chicken, one piece wheat bread, little mayo and mustard, grapes, 6 almonds 1230

snack- same as above 3ish

dinner omg! So good! I learned the importance of quality fish. Fisherman in town gave me fresh caught blue fin tuna and yellow tail. I baked a piece of each with butter salt/ pepper and garlic. Best fish ever!!! Ate about 5 oz plus steamed brocolli, a nectarine, 6 almonds. 7:00pm

Saved the rest that I cooked for lunch. I gave a ton more fish which I froze, it’s gunna be a yummy week.

I picked up some sugar free hard candies to help my sweet tooth, had 2 that was enough. Oh and had a 32 oz G2 low calorie Gatorade at work when water just wasn’t cutting it.

All in all I’m feeling great. Tummy was a little upset this morning due to cheat meal I think but that passed by 9 ish, didn’t help that work was slow.

I’m very proud to have stuck to zone this long!

Breakfast- shake and 1/2 cup pinapple

snack- cheese, 1/2 apple, 3 almonds

lunch - 1/2 chichen and 1/2 fish ( thought it was all chichen left overs when I packed it), one slice wheat bread, grapes, almonds, little bit of mayo and mustard.

Snack- same as above

dinner- cheat meal !!!! Medium pinkberry passion fruit with pinapple, blueberries, and moshi. Jack in the box spicy chicken and large curly fries with ranch and a diet coke.

My tummy hurts

I’m going to move cheat meal to a day off, so I can fully enjoy it and not have to rush to get food.

snack standard cheese nuts and 1/2 apple

lunch 3 oz chicken, 1 piece wheat bread, little bit of light olive oil mayo and mustard, 6 almonds and grapes

snack same as above.

Dinner = 3 oz grilled salmon… Yes I eat a ton of fish. Same cucumber as yesturday (ok not the SAME one, a new one made the same way) grapeS, 9 almonds.

On a side note I’ve been drinking at least 70 oz of water a day!! Big improvement for me.

Oh and cheat day is tomorrow and I haven’t made plans :( damn gotta get that sorted.

Ok I scratched the broccoli it went bad and had cucumber with lemon, salt, pepr, and chili instead

And i had a reg. size icead tea latte this morning from coffee bean ( had to have something on my coffee break) no sugar added

breakfast was my morning shake: lean & fit yougart, one scoop bsn “dessert” vanilla protien powder and some water
1/2 cupish of pinapple
9 almonds

snack: standard 1/2 apple, 3 almonds, one strung cheese.

Lunch: 3oz grilled chicken, 9 almonds, 1 piece whole wheat bread, grapes

Snack: same as above

dinner; mango mahi mahi grilled, brocolli, grapes, 9 almonds

Ok so no big secret I eat like crap… Or well I did. Been zoning for about 10 days now (3rd attempt). This time I also cut out coffee and soda which is a huge step for me. in ten day I’ve had two small (8oz) coffees and about the same amount of diet sprite. ( I was drinking 2-3 sodas a day, one large coffee a day and no water). Ok so zones been working great down to 134.5 lbs but I think I’ve reached a plataeu. I’m feeling great, more energy and less sugar flux. And yeah I’m leaner. So this is my attempt to hold myself accountable cuz the pink berry cravings still are hard to push past smile

zone 11 block plan

Breakfast
protien shake, pinapple, macadamia nuts

snack
string cheese, 1 nut, grapes

lunch
4 block paleokit ( I didn’t have time to cook and pack a lunch)

snach
string cheese, 3 almonds, grapes

dinner will be
talapia ( lemon pepper yumm), zuccini and yellow squash, more grapes, 9 almonds
