Monday 129, so I’ve been slightly reducing my protien portions at meals but adding the extra protien after workouts and have been drinking a ton more fluids. Lost 4 lbs in the last 3 days and I’ve felt great.

Breakfast- 1.5 oz turkey sausage, one egge/ cheese, 1.5 cup strawberries, 21 almonds, coffee.
Couple thin mint cookies
Lunch-4 oz of left I’ve hamburger w/ cheese some almonds and avocado.

Snack- 2.5 oz chicken, 1/2 pear, 16 almonds

dinner-large paleo kit

snack- same as above

40 min stationary bike random hill level 7
abs and stretching
4 cliff protien roks

Sunday 129 .. Wow weight is dropping and I’m not as bloated

breakfast- coffee,1.5 oz turkey sauage,1 egg w/ cheese,1 sm avocado,1cup strawberries

Crossfit class CFLA 5 rounds 12 dblu,8 hang power snatch #37,4 clapping pushups. (3 min rounds w/1min rest) averaged 2 rounds per round.
5 cliff protien roks

Lunch-3oz curry chicken,1 cup strawberries, 21 almonds,9 thin mints

snack- 2 oz chicken,2 clementines, almonds
Snack-2.2oz chicken sauage, 2 clementines, almonds

work got busy was on the same call from 600pm-300am
dinner was a bunch of almonds and a fiber one bar.

Saturday 130.5 legs are tight and sore knee and calves hurt.

Breakfast- 1.3 oz turkey sausage ( reduced portion by one link) one egg w/ cheese, coffee,1 cup strawberries, 21 cashews

6 mile hill run

snack- 2oz chicken sausage, 2 clenentines, 21 almonds
snack- same as above

3 subway cookies

dinner- 3oz curry chicken, 2 small cucumbers, 16 almonds

30 min stationary bike ride level 8
4 cliff protien roks

Friday 132.5 found out today what might be causeing my weight gain and acne .. I guess the urgent care dr forgot to mention that when u take an extra birth control pill each day to stop spotting u mess up our estrogen level and cause nasty side effects.. Called dr today and got a new pill .. Aarrrgghh

Breakfast- 2 oz turkey sausage, 1 egg w/ cheese, 1 cup strawberries, 21 cashews

ran a 5 k semi flat , 2 cliff protien roks (4g protien)
lunch - 3.5 oz chicken, 1 cup strawberries, 21 cashews
snack- 2.5 o chicken sauage ( reduced amount), 2 clemintines, 18 almonds
dinner- 3.8 oz chicken broccoli ( was yucky didn’t finish) almonds
snack- same as above no almonds

20 min on bike random level 7
4 shot roks (8 gm protien)

Thursday 131.5

breakfast-coffee, 4oz turkey sausage, 2 clemintines, 21 cashews
snack-3oz chicken sausage, 18 almonds
lunch- pollo inka saltelo de pollo and soup. ( avoided the bread and almost all the rice) chicken and veggies.
2 cookies aarrgghhhh my Sgt kept taunting me with them !! Only had 2!

Snack-3oz chicken sausage, almonds

dinner- burger with cheese (just meat and cheese), strawberries, cashews

no training today my feet and legs are super sore.

breakfast- coffee, egg w cheese turkey sausage 2oz, cup strawberries,21 cashews
snack-3 oz chicken sausage, 2 clemintine, almonds

lunch-large paleo kit

dinner- 2 mini skewers(salmon, shrimp, beef), grilled veggies, small salad w/ vinagette, bread w/ oil vinigar, small nonfat frozen yougart ( no topping)

workouts:
#1- 3 rounds , 400m run 2-3 min rest. 800m run 4-5 min rest abdominal training (50 ghd)

#2 3 rounds, #35 , 5 snatch balance-5 OH squats-5 squat snatch- 200m run (6:30) canyon CF.

Tuesday 131 lbs

breakfast 1045- 2 oz turkey sausage, one egg w/ cheese, 1 cup strawberries, 18 cashews.

Snack-100 3 oz chicken sausage, 1 cup strawberries, almonds

lunch -400- one pack cliff roks (20g protien)

600- some almonds and 1/2 cup ish strawberries

dinner- 7:30 Mexican to celebrate My marathon… One tamale, one small beef taco, rice beans, some chips and salsa.

Snack-1000 1/2 cup strawberries, cashews, 4 cliff roks.

One day post LAM

back on the zone! 1/2 marathon in 10 weeks

Breakfast- 6:30 2oz turkey sausage, one egg w/ cheese, clemintine and strawberries, coffee

lunch-4 oz beef (Maui boneless spare ribs),1 cup strawberries,18 cashews

snack-3 oz chicken sausage, almonds 18

dinner- 915 4oz beef, broccoli, almonds 21

snack- 3oz chicken sausage, almonds 18

one hot tea, one pepsi max zero, one diet vanilla coke, bunch of water

workout- 20 min on stationary bike and some good stretching.

Late night snack- 3 strawberries and some cashews

La marathon!

Woke up BCOD (butt crack o dawn) 2:30 2oz turkey sausage, 1 egg w/cheese, almonds, one banana, 1cup strawberries.

Goo and blocks, couple hard candies, orange, one bagle ( at finish)

dinner- post marathon cheat! Yummy Italian place plus desert!

Day before marathon… Got a massage (sports not the girlie kind) and therapy on the knee.. Feeling good.

Breakfast- 900- 2oz turkey sausage, 1 cup strawberries, almonds, one egg w/ cheddar cheese, coffee

snack - at expo they didn’t have any healthy food so I had a few protien samples almonds an dried fruit

dinner- Malibu fish grill - Cajun talapia mediteranian salad,1 pita bread, banana, 2 cookies

Another day .. Another chance not to mess this up…
Breakfast -9:00 2 oz turkey sausage,1 egg with chedar cheese. Coffee w/ coconut milk/almond milk and splenda,  almonds.

Lunch -1230 4oz salmon and 2 oz chicken sausag,tangerine, almonds

snack- 2.5 oz sausage, almonds, 1 cup strawberries

dinner- 6 oz salmon, asperagus, strawberries 1cup, almonds

snack-sausage 3 oz, almonds

woohoo I made it!!! Lots of fluids today too .. No soda

730- coffee w/ standard stuff, almonds,2oz turkey sauage, 1 egg with cheddar cheese.

Lunch -100- 4 oz chicken sauage, almonds, tangerine.

Snack - 500- 4 oz chicken sauage, tangerine, almonds

dinner uugghh failure!!! 80” hooters started out well grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss.. No top bread no sauce…
... Onion rings and ice cream cake ugh I feel guilty having to admit I messed up again!!!

No running today slight knee pain.. Lots of ice
4 hours cleaning my yard using a weedwacker to chop down 3 ft tall weeds that had taken over.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here and due to some recent slip-ups I’m gunna try this again.. Guuna combine wods and food too save time and energy…

Food:

11 am. 2 cups coffee w/ cocnut milk and almond milk an splenda
3 turkey sauage links 2oz cooked , one egg with jalapeņo cheese. 1/2 avocado, tangerine

3 ish- 4 oz chicken sausage (trader joes) 1/2 avocado,3 cups popcorn, tangerine.

5 ish- 4 cookies (opps)

5k run and 300 sit ups

930 ish got talked into going out for st. Patties day.. Had a small burger and fries and one cider.

1/11 Monday

Breakfast- coffee w/ sf creamer, omelette, toast.

No lunch…
One snack- toast w/ butter, one oz ham
Cheat dinner- cheese cake factory- parmesean crusted chicken with pasta(didn’t really eat the pasta) glass of wine, 2 chunks of bread and butter.
Pink berry small with fruit and mochi

one more glass of wine

... Ben and jerrys .. Figured if it was cheat meal I had to CHEAT!
