We started with the 20# ball… but quickly realized that 90 reps would have been ridiculous…
That was just awful.

CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (145/100)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (20/14)

score : 195 reps (6 rounds + 5 + 10)

Went a little heavy given the spirit of this WOD (115# would have been better, but hey! I always like heavy cleans!). T2B were ok, but I’m way too slow; I need to connect them faster. Wall balls were slow, but as expected; I’m just getting used to these 20# balls! (2nd WOD at 20#)
But still satisfied overall.

Did the KBS unbroken, so I guess it’s time to move up for heavy KBS days!
DLs were just a few pounds short of BW.
Pistols to the ground.
From 200, did the last 50 DUs straight through. I think 50 is a PR.

KBS could have been heavier, but the rest was all Rx and with a good finish time! cool!
