The “400”

Andy came up with this one back in March in response to the popularity of the “300” workout - being 300 repetitions of a few exercises.  Andy’s take on things was pretty brutal!

10 rounds:
10 burpees
10 pullups
10 jumping lunges
10 1-armed kettlebell swings
