After 7 weeks, I have decided to retire this Nutrition log.

I have remained solidly on the Zone, even through Halloween and Thanksgiving. I can’t really afford the time it takes to update this every day.

I know Andy says that if it’s worth doing, it’s worth logging. And I will keep up the Workout logs. But I can’t afford the time on the Nutrition logs any more.

2 sticks lowfat string cheese

Dinner
2 soy Smart dogs with 1 oz cheddar
>1 cup black beans

No snack; passed out early.
Morning 10k run really trashes my day.
