DAY 21: TUES, APRIL 6

(6th day GRAINLESS)

3 rnds
200m farmers walk - 35# db
14 wall ball - 10lb
12 windmills (6 each side) - 35# db
10 dead hang pullups - green and purple band

Time: 22:15

Didn’t go heavy but still got a good workout.  Grainless eats make all the difference in how I feel.  Thanks, Cheeks!

Zone-ish. Very little bread, if any. Cooking 1/3 meals too!
