700 m row, 37 calories (too lazy to swtich the panel display lol)- avg stroke 28, 30

12 minute amrap
15 20” box jumps
10 ab mat situp
5 hspu off box

5 rounds, 4 box jumps (it was so humid? outside i could barely breathe!)


okay maybe that’s just fatigue. haha

7 rounds for time:
10 ghd situps full rom, and snapping up instead of creaking as sam says
4 burpes

(gah! burpees!)

thursday 14th, day 32 you have no idea how hard it is to do burpees AFTER class. might have to do them in warm up.

friday:

missed 530 am- needed to get at least 6 hours if i wanted to work out.
3 burpees before…

9 am
10 minute amrap (my go to workout)
3 burpees
4 pushups
5 squats
felt really sluggish (do i need arest day?)
8 rounds, exactly.

went faster than i thought. more to come.

finished my 33 burpees with a couple more- i just kept doing them through out the day.
some more squats, pushups
50 situps

15 minutes of intervals on treadmill.7.4, 20 on 40 off.

day 31 of burpees - starting to regret doing this.
my right calf is being annoying- must keep on the mobility (fell to the wayside.)

db bear complex we did before…using 15, and 20.

wod:

7 25# db complex- 1 deadlift, 1 hpc, 1 front squat, 1 push press

that weight was challenging. no Sh!T.

rest and then pistol practice- can do 8 or 12 inch box. i think. it’s slow and hard tho. TWSS.

might run some intervals if my calf is okay.

done in the am.

then in pm 5 pm

10x 20:40 off at 7.1 then 8.2-8.3 still a little slow could have pushed it but didn’t roll out before, so my achilles tendon hurts a bit.

btw, it was 27 burpees for day 27. typo!

sunday, 4/10/11- 28 burpees. it was a tough one, since i was so tired from the day’s events.


monday day 29
530 AM
it was a struggle to get up!!

800 m row in 200 meter intervals
got down to 3:53. now if i could just hold that pace…i’ll work on this.

3 rounds:
10 burpees
30 seconds of rest (that seems so short. and it is.)

ran the runs in 7:13 mile pace. nice. posed the whole way in trainers!

arms were very tired.

hard to get up this morning, but onc ei got to the gym, all was well.

800 m row 4:15- i was warming up during this
80 double unders
600 m row (DID AN 800 INSTEAD and was so mad.)
60 double unders
400 m row
40 double unders

20 double unders (straight through)

burpees: 10-10-7 (sad about that 10)
situps 11-12-11 (trying to go for extending knees and POP up)

in the park- damn dip bars are WAY too high for me :( :( and too wide. whine whine whine.

warm up:

was gonna be my workout but the dips failed.

3 pullups, 3 dips x3 i don’t think my dips were low enough. i tried at the risk of ripping my rotator cuff.

workout

3 rounds:

5 burpee pullups
20 situps

6:09- burpees in sand pit are not recommended. you taste sand. disgusting.

bar dips done like bench dips.

then
Lsit practice- accumulate 1 minute. it took a while- i did the Lsit. not chair sit, since this was higher off teh ground. this sh!t is HARD.

7:44 with a lot of rests in between.
wanted to see if i could do with a heavier weight. i scaled correctly last week- the push press was really taxing on my shoulder and i thought i was gonna lose it. bwahha.

21 burpees for burpee challenge

20 more burpees and 50 pushups.

50 situps and 50 squats followed. along with some bench dips. movement through out the day is my motto!

OMG 70 burpees is NOT a good way to start out a wod.
