walk 2.37 miles, catch bus and walk to CFLA.

warm up with ingrid doing jumprope and double unders. YAY SOMETHING I CAN DO.

by the way, the best part was when jonesy was like HIT THE MUSIC! and it starts…playing…

(a train? was next to me and couldn’t do her 3 count situps because i was singing along and it was so hilarious.)

hm. my knee is burning. LOVELY.

gym time:
no running a 5k to keep knee from NOT BLOWING OUT ON ME

(oh wait, i ran. WHOOPS)

500 m row (2:17. damn)
400 m run (2:02)
50 situps (yay!)
40 double unders (yay!)
30 burpees (i messed up on my postit note and wrote box jump but in my haste, i did burpees. WHOOPS)
20 box jumps
10 hang squat clean with naked bar

20-25 minutes. burpees ate up a lot of time.

workout:
woke up at 2 adn then 7. SLEEP IS NOT MY FRIEND RIGHT NOW.

9 minute time trial CFE styleeeeee
1.17 miles (hahah i typed 1/17 mile. WOw. i thinka snail would go faster.) in 9 minutes and 3 seconds.
so that’s a 7:44 min mile pace. THAT"S FAST FOR ME okay? (i wish i could go faster, maybe if i was running BAREFOOT!)

then 1 minute on 1 minute off
of box jumps
pullups assisted (way hard! UGH! i really wish i had these like white on rice)
pushups
situps (YAY!)
double unders
and burpees.
YAY.

will do more cardio later.

no workout yesterday. was too depressed/stressed. apparently my potassium levels are Way. TOO. HIGH. like yikes.


anyways, today was a bad day in terms of rest- woke up AGAIN at 2 am. and stayed awake. FOREVER.

1.43 miles to 18 mile point of LA marathon
8:05/mile pace, 11:31 minutes

then, 4 miles with Andy! woo hoo! (wow. too many hills. i hate hills. not as much as i hate pullups)

then 1 hour and 30 minute walk back to UCLA. this was arduous.
was going to do some xfit, but after that marathon of walking and running? i just wanted to rest.

short loop (thanks michael for showing me the loop/keeping me in the loop! har har!)

did with 25# and fell down. hilarious.

3 rounds of cindy with pushups on knees, assisted pullups. yay i can do squats like a piston.
i didn’t see what time i got. will check whiteboard later. it probably was like 35 minutes.

UPDATE: it was actually better than i thought! compared to the firebreathers in my class it was slow, but to me it seems fast! 21:27. YAY! YAY!
best part? Ricchi counting down the squats, someone saying LOOK AT THOSE SQUATS and then me going YAYYYYYY I FINISHED!!! FINALLY!!!

was supposed to go to XFIT la today and do the cool wod but had to go to doctor for some help re: acne. anyone else have acne probs? UGH! is it related to diet?!?

anyways, before i ate anything this morning i did 15 burpees.

6:50 pm after dinner (such a trooper doing this on a full stomach)
5X 40:20 - 40 seconds at 7:53/mile pace incline 1, jumped and held onto the treadmill for 20 seconds. fun times.

1.62 mile run (sooo exact thanks to my garmin) in 12:43 minutes, 7:51/mile pace. yay. (fast in my terms)

400 m run
25 kb swings using 12kg kb
25 ohs with 20# *these scare me shitless
25 double unders (yay!)
25 SDHP with the kb
25 wanna be wall balls with 20# (ucla is mean and won’t get med balls that you can bang the wall with)
25 hang power cleans with the naked bar.

15:09 (a lot of stopping because i have to get around the gym and too many people.)
