17 burpees with ross g! at 7 am.

40 minute walk to whole foods from ucla. and back. sweaty!

day 16 of burpee love- did all but one burpee in my warmup and then one more before i showered.

tabata row 20:10x8

warmup like jonesy writes- 3, 36, 369 etc
3 burpees
6 situps
9 box jumps (i tripped on one…OH SHIT!)
12 arch ups
15 double unders

10 unassisted kipping pullups. the kid’s still got it.

3 rounds
50 double unders (max set: 39)
30 ghd situps (stomach goes gurgle gurgle..and head hurts! blood rush!)
25 arch ups (doing hip extensions on this HURT my..pubic bone.)

15:45. most time was spent doing gdh situps and getting whipped by the jumprope.

20 squats

to come: 50 pushups, 30 more squats.

HAVE to foam roll- i’ve been slacking! :O
and it shows.

already falling behind!

it’s day 15 + 7 i missed from yesterday.

did 9 in the morning and then made up the rest in my workout.

50 pushups in sets of 10

500 pm

12 minute amrap

6 rounds, 4 squats (was really sluggish during this)

day 9 of burpee love. completed it in my workout baha.

530 am (YES RETURN OF THE 530 AM but not as often because of gas prices and the fact that gym is 14 miles round trip. BOO.)

30:60 x6 on the rower. boo.

bear complex with dbs
15-20-20-20 urgh. heavy.

20 minute amrap
5 burpee- pullup (no bars, so i did a full burpee, then jumped on a box to do a pullup. a lot of unneccesary movement, but w/e)
10 walking lunge
15 ab mat situps

6 rounds even.

i really hope i do not have a raspberry on my ass. PRAYING. and holding off the shower for fear.

thinking of a workout to do. who knows. maybe today’s another rest day,not feeling up to workingout.

decided to just do burpees-
sets of 8 to 40.
wow wee. that was tiring since i was trying to make them fast.

a little worn out, i think from working out. tired. and not feeling motivated after yesterday. gonna channel chris spealler, my hero.

gonna get to work on 50 pushups and 50 situps adn squats. get my digestive tract moving.

25 rounds and i was done- bored- blood blister. (plus on some of the rounds, i ddi more than 1 pullup- repped out a couple of 2 or 3 pullup rounds)
next ime i’m gonna do cindy there.

gonna practice the clean in the afternoon. pvc pipe and all that jazz. glad to have found a pullup bar. too bad it’s in sand so i did the whole thing barefoot. swallowed sand too. egh.

day 3 of burpees

30 overhead squat with pvc
pistol practice. friggin hard
kb clean with the heavy 25# kb
one arm swing to eye level with same kb
whew. i’m tired.
