bloated and not liking what i’m seeing after a couple of days of lenient eating. :(

need to tighten things up.

eaten today- don’t remember times

4 egg whites, guacamole

chinese bbq pork (probs some sugar and soy in this)
4 mussels (steamed)

guac, 4 hard boiled eggw hites (might have soy on it, my mom calls them tea eggs.)
apple

tofu (yeah, i think this has soy in it wink
napa cabbage
salmon
guacamole

notes: i’m going to try this for 30 days:
minimize soy (i.e. i’ll eat it if it’s mom’s din din, but not at any other meal (jonesy rec’d it to me))
cut out the grains (cheat days, begone!)
structure meals around robb wolf’s “protein, vegetable and some fat”
no fruit
don’t eat standing up

looking forward to seeing how this works! will keep you updated!
