10-8 am, decided to get a lot of sleep vs workout early early. will do that tomorrow.

i’m sure there was more…but this stuff stood out. AMAZING. i want recipes of them all!

bad chinese food- beacuse i’m soft at heart, i ate some stuff instead of declining for something better at home. not sure how to deal with these situations- a whole bunch of nonpaleo cooked food.

totally knew this food was bad- you know how? my stomach hurt SO BAD during it. burny.

new things after today: after going strong on the no nuts (six days peeps! this is awesome!) i am now chucking (yes, i am going to either just not drink it or just throw out the rest of my protein powder) protein powder- it has whey (dairy) and sucralose (fake sugar) and soy (soy lecithin.)

after reading the paleo solution AGAIN, i am empowered to start training fasted. or with real food in me pre wod.
i’m really proud of the vegetables eaten today.

all in all, pretty good. trying to keep to the eating mindfully.

could not sleep due to 2 pepsis yesterday. i doth learnt my lesson.

8 hours? 7 houys? doesn’t matter it was TOTALLY horrible and not rested. good thing i did not cfla it this morning. i would have tripped 5 million times.
