Woke up at 2 am and could not go back to sleep (I went to bed at 10-11 ish)

2 cups of cabbage stuff with pork (there’s little bits of pork in it for flavoring, but it’s mostly cabbage)

12:30-4:30 PM walking around hospital
2 cups of water

5:44pm
½ cup of more cabbage/chap chye thing
Diet sierra mist!

6:45 PM
1 sweet potato, yellow version
1 glass of milk
1 filet of basa
1/2 cup of stirfried romaine lettuce with garlic.

(i’m going to start looking more closely at carbs. eek, that’s a lot in those bars.) goal for this week (starting tomorrow) decrease how many bars i eat. and more protein!

woke up a lot during the night, but got up for REALZZZ at 7:20 AM

tiny treadmill workout

rest of omelet from yesterday with some mustard on it (i like mustard on eggs. sorry)
some daikon (3 chunks- 1 inch long 1 inch wide)
and some tofu (1/2 a rice bowl) from last night
