Spend 20 minutes working on Turkish Get-ups

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Front Squats (65/45)
20 Push Press (65/45)
30 DB V-twist (25/15) (single-count)

Rounds: 5 + 40 reps

I think this was my TGU PR but I had never recorded it so now it is!  Felt strong today even though my sleep was craptacular.

6 DH Pull ups
Walking Lunges, across the gym and back (45/25)
6 Reverse burpees
OH Walking Lunges, across the gym and back
6 Push ups
OH Walking Lunges, across the gym and back

Rounds: 4 1/3

I worked slow and did my lunges all the way to the wall and my burpees from completely flat.  Good job Devlin on sub-coaching!

The clean and jerks were just too much at 155 and I felt like I was not training anything but pain.  So I went down and felt better.

Michael had us do some meditation before the workout and then we had no clock to go by so it was a surprise when time would be up.
