This was weird bc my back hurt on the cleans but not on the snatches… I also practiced not going so low.

Not Rx bc I did ring pushups from knees
Was happy because we did this workout a couple weeks prior and my time was 19:05 but felt like I should have done half of my push ups from my toes.

First time posting….. Gonna start at Oct. 9th 2010 because that’s when we did Fran (a low point in my crossfit “career”) and because I did my very first baseline Oct. 9th 2008.

Saturday- Oct 9th 2010- “Fran” Prelims
Rx- 7:22

Felt absolutely terrible, was gassed by my second round of thrusters. My PR is 6:19 but this was done back when we were training for Regionals and after taking time off I didn’t expect to beat this; So…. Let the training begin!!
