I'm baaaaack!

OK, Disney World proved to be too much fun, so I messed up on my food logging again :(
However, I was actually pretty good most of the time. Had grains (dinner rolls) 3 times and dessert probably about 5 times over 10 days. Ate mostly paleo stuff in reasonable amounts. I did gorge myself, but that only happened twice. So all-in-all, not too bad.

Came back on January 2nd late at night, and immediately came down with some sort of stomach flu. So yesterday (January 3rd) only had chicken broth, jello and lots of fluids.

Today (January 3rd) is more chicken broth with rice, bagel chips, apple sauce and jello. And bagel chips only because they say to eat the BRAT diet with stomach flu (bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast), because it's supposed to be easy on the stomach. We'll see. Hopefully back to normal tomorrow.
