Wednesday November 17th
8:45am – Egg Casserole (2 eggs, mushrooms, onion, peppers, turkey sausage, asparagus) & Blueberries
9:00am – Coffee (2 cups)
12:00pm – Ckn Salad (grilled ckn breast, romaine lettuce, avocado, egg, oil & vinegar)
5:15pm – Grilled Ckn breast
8:30pm – Tuna tartar (Fresh tuna and avocado)
8:30pm – glass of red wine
9:00pm - 2 fish oil capsules

Monday November 15th
8:00am – 2 fish oil capsules
9:00am – Egg Casserole (2 eggs, mushrooms, onion, peppers, turkey sausage, asparagus)
9:00am – Coffee
11:00am – banana
1:00pm – Baked Chicken Breast
3:00pm – sm. Handful of almonds
5:00pm – 2 turkey meatballs made with all natural salsa, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, peppers, almond flour
8:00pm - protein shake (powder & water)

Tuesday November 16th
8:45am – Egg Casserole (2 eggs, mushrooms, onion, peppers, turkey sausage, asparagus) & Coffee
10:30am – banana
12:00pm – Ckn Salad (grilled ckn breast, romaine lettuce, small drop of Caesar dressing)
2:30pm – 2oz of blueberries
5:00pm - 2 turkey meatballs made with all natural salsa, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, peppers, almond flour
8:00pm - protein shake (powder & water)

Friday November 12th
9:00am - 3 hard-boiled eggs (2 eggs- whites only) & coffee & strawberries
10:45am – small handful of almonds
1:00pm – 1 small avocado & 3 pieces of turkey breast
3:15pm – 3oz of blueberries
5:30pm – poke tuna & 2 pieces of seared tuna & edamame

Saturday November 13th
8:30am – 3 hard-boiled eggs (2 eggs- whites only) & coffee
10am – 12pm – grapes & banana
1:30pm – chicken breast & lettuce
3:00pm – 2 ½ glasses of white wine
6:00pm – homemade guac (avocado, garlic, spices, lime juice)
8:00pm – ahi tuna, beef pieces, chicken pieces & beers

Sunday November 14th
9:30am – banana & protein shake (powder & water)
12:30pm - 3 hard-boiled eggs (2 eggs- whites only) & coffee & strawberries
5:30pm – beer
7:00pm – 6oz steak, mushrooms & onions
7:00pm – 2 glasses red wine
8:30pm – half of chocolate chip cookie

Thursday November 11th (Chris’ Birthday)
8:00am – ½ piece of bacon
9:00am - 3 hard-boiled eggs (2 eggs- whites only) & coffee
11:00am – banana
11:30am – handful of almonds
1:00pm - Ground turkey casserole with all natural salsa, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, peppers
4:00pm – 2 ckn skewers, 2 beef skewers
4 to 6pm – 2 glasses red wine
7 to 10pm – 2 beers and 1 slice of pizza, a few bites of pizooki, and a few chips with spinach & artichoke dip
