So after I posted Rose's picture on Tuesday, I thought I'd follow it up with mine. I'm doing the one-arm overhead snatch with the same weight as Rose... but my form is severely lacking, my arm is bent, and I'm making it look so HARD! We all have "chinks" in our armor - are you training yours?

15-12-9-6-3 rep rounds for time of:
handstand push ups
"L" pull ups
