Taylor - after a long high school graduation hiatus - is back with us... And found himself on Andrew's back last week in class!
Trying this new format for the blog with a bigger picture. DO YOU LIKE IT? Please post to comments.
Today's Workout
4 rounds for time of:
15 Front squats
15 Push press
15 Overhead squats
50 Sit ups
- use the same weight for the front squats, push press and overhead squats. The limiting factor will be either push press or overhead squats. Do I want speed or form? BOTH! Don't sacrifice form for speed, and go as fast as you can!

Steve and Kelley Rakow run a fantastic CrossFit affiliate in Ocean City, Maryland. After doing 3 WODs with them, I never want to hear anyone complaining about it being too HOT in Southern California. In Maryland, they train with NO air conditioning in about 90% humidity and temps frequently in the mid to upper 90s! We were drenched in sweat just minutes into the warm up! Thanks to Steve and Kelley for making our visit there one to remember.
Three round for time of:
500m Row
10 Clean & Jerks, 115 pounds
20 Pull ups

7 split jerks (men 135 lbs, women 85 lbs)
This was the "hopper" workout that was done at the CrossFit Games last weekend.
