Complete this couplet as quickly as possible starting with 10 pull ups and 50 kettlebells swings.

Off to Fire Academy!

Roger Sackaroff came to us last November with one thing in mind - get ready for LA City Fire Academy. Sunday was his last workout here - he starts academy later this month and will then be on probation for about a year. We will most certainly miss him, and he knows, as do we, that he is absolutely prepared for anything he might face! Go Roger, we wish you all the best!!

Today's Workout
Complete for max reps:
2 minutes of double unders
1 minute rest
2 minutes of Power clean front squats (95 lbs)
1 minute rest
2 minutes of abmat sit ups
1 minute rest
Repeat for 2 complete rounds
