Are you challenged at work? How about when you workout? When is the last time you learned a new skill or movement? Are you trying new things, and pushing the limit of your ability? Do you have a way to measure your progress?
Challenging yourself and measuring your progress are two things that will help you change the context of your training. Give yourself something to shoot for – and to do that, you’ll have to know where you are. Measure yourself, then set a goal to improve. Learn how to do a headstand – seek out instruction if you need it. Don’t hesitate – create context – your body and mind will thank you.
