I'm very interested in the workout in Men's Journal, however it doesn't seem to mention the rest interval between rounds.
on workout 1, I understand the three exercises are done as continuous but how long do you rest between rounds???

I have the same question as Tyler, how many minutes do you rest between rounds? Also for workout six, If you can't do that many reps on each exercise, do you just do as many as you can?
thanks for the article I love the short intense workouts. I've checked out crossfit.com and they change their workouts daily,should I jump in with WOD or stick with the workout from men's journal for awhile.
