It's Tuesday. Nothing special about it... just Tuesday. And... it's also the first day of the rest of your life! How exciting is THAT? Make it a great one!

Overhead Squats (115/80)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Push Press
- use the same weight for the entire workout
Today is my one year anniversary doing CrossFit.
