Want to improve your Clean & Jerk? Come to our C2 Rowing Seminar on Sunday, January 25th. Yes, you heard me correctly, your clean & jerk will get better by improving your rowing technique - sounds crazy... let me explain.
A solid row stroke initiates with a strong drive in the legs - fully extending the ankles, knees and hips before bending the elbows. When done violently and aggressively with acceleration, it leads to an efficient and powerful stroke and a very fast 500m split time. This also happens to be the key to a good Clean & Jerk - fully extending the ankles, knees and hips before bending the elbows. Yes, this sounds easy - but to those of you who have done it before know, it is simple, yet extremely difficult - and the more coaching, instruction and practice you can get on these movements, the more you'll improve.
So attend our seminar to master your rowing and learn from one of the best Olympic rowers I've ever met (Josh Crosby), and to improve your Clean & Jerk!
