Develop your “Habit Muscle”

Posted by Andy Petranek : Tuesday, Dec 20, 2011

NOTHING delivers results better than DAILY practice. When's the last time you went for 30 days doing something that wasn't already a habit (like brushing your teeth) without missing? It's incredibly difficult and requires a tremendous amount of consciousness. Each day isn't really that difficult, but to link them together and not miss... that is the trick. The Inversion Challenge is a great way to practice... even if you don't keep up with the number of seconds each day, just get upside-down, every day. Use it to help you develop your "habit muscle"... and it's something worth practicing since The Whole Life Challenge is coming up again - shortly after the New Year!

Memorial Day “Murph”
Come celebrate the holiday and pay tribute to America's fallen heroes with this classic CrossFit workout.

In Their Own Words...
Our kids, eight and ten, have been going for six months now and they LOVE it. This is a real workout/conditioning class and they are super proud of their accomplishments. This is a great addition to any sport that your kids may already be doing. They are the strongest they have ever been and they look forward to going....In addition they learn about healthy eating. - Jackie T.
