Get outside. When is the last time you took a walk, hike, run somewhere other than around your neighborhood? A fun thing to do is to take an orienteering class - learn how to read a topographic map so you can explore an area you haven't been before without worrying about getting lost.
WOD (workout of the day)
4 rounds for time:
15 overhead squats
Use as much weight as you can in the overhead squats with perfect form. If you're using a light weight for form work, increase the reps each round to make it a challenge and "burn in" good form.
