Big thing to figure out between now and Saturday (or the day you do it for realz)... how long should you plan on 1 round taking? If you go with what Lindsey and Annie did, there's a really good chance you'll be face down, heaving on the ground, wishing you hadn't gone so fast out of the gate by the 5-7 minute point. So watch the video - we'll give you our SPECIFIC recommendation on how to come up with something better than just a SWAG (scientific wild-assed guess).
