The end of December is a great time to reflect on the past year. The gym has come a long way since 2004 - both in the physical space and the people who train here(this is a picture of the gym just before we opened in 2004). Thank you all for making this place what it is today! Let me ask you, do you know if you've made progress over the past year in terms of your health and fitness? Do you have a snapshot? A logbook? or something to remind you of your progress (or lack thereof?)
Can't wait for the start of 2007. It's going to be an epic year - join us!
WOD (workout of the day)
20 x 250m row intervals w/ a 30" rest interval
if you don't have access to a rower, do 20x200m runs
