You’ve probably read those words before... maybe even been inspired by them.
Well... this is the time of year that you actually get to the rare opportunity to practice BEING the ‘Man in the Arena’. And you get a chance to do it amongst your peers, your comrades, your friends and family; along side of the people that will hold you to the highest levels of integrity, will cheer for you until they are blue in the face, will call you for any and all your discrepancies, and support you in being the best version of yourself that you could possibly be.
There isn’t a better opportunity out there than this to practice laying it all on the line... there just isn’t.
What about your fitness level? Makes no difference. You’ll do your version of hard - whether it’s RX or not...
