Contrary to movements that people do to isolate individual muscles in fitness centers, we focus on movements that require to you integrate muscles, allowing the body to function as a whole unit with integrity from toes to fingertips. The windmill is a perfect example.
WOD (workout of the day)
"Mindy"
for time:
Run 1 mile
20 rounds of "cindy" (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
