Its amazing what just 10 minutes a day of exercise will do for your confidence. Try this...
Run (or fast walk) as fast as you can for 2 minutes.
Stop and do as many bodyweight squats as you can in 30 sec (get your thighs down to at least parallel to the ground).
10 minutes - and each day, one less chink in your armor!
